Wellness and yoga sessions may occur virtually, at a gym (ex. CrossFit) or at a predetermined location. Sessions are in a rejuvenating sound center, to promote deep rest & healing. Use of massage tables, blankets, pillows, & eye rest pillows are encouraged. I am here as a tool, a support, to help you find deep rest and quality sleep, decrease stress, & increase awareness of the mind/body connection by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system to enhance one's daily life through a unique combination of breath control, yoga, & psychology with the goal of increasing longevity.
Wellness sessions include a combination of the following:
Event preparation (i.e. speaking at a conference or preparing for a sports competition)
Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
Meditation
Asana (Poses)
Pranayama (Breath Control)
Guided imagery
Visualization
Mindfulness
Psycho-education (stress relief, sleep disruption, mood or behavioral symptoms, such as depression, ADHD, anxiety)
Progressive Muscle Relaxation
