  • Wellness Clinic Sessions are held in a non-traditional space, a rejuvenating sound center, to promote deep rest and healing. Sessions are based upon individual treatment needs. Use of massage tables, blankets, pillows, and eye rest pillows are encouraged.

  • Specializing in sleep disorders or disruption (of any age), stress management, & brain health (typically those 40+, diagnosed with dementia or a cognitive impairment or those looking to maintain brain health through the aging process).

  • Mood disorders are treated as well; they may be the driving factor behind or co-occurring with sleep disruption.

  • Treatment modalities, which include science-based practices: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Insomnia (CBT-I), guided imagery, visualization, breath control, grounding, meditation, mindfulness and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Yoga (asana, movement) may also be incorporated.
